Robak 2 Build Kits

Make your RC printing dreams come true with a build kit for the Robak 2 remote control (RC) truck. The Robak 2 is a serious bashing machine with an all metal drivetrain, adjustable steering, and a go-anywhere at anytime attitude. This is a build kit for the 2nd generation of the Robak and includes all the hardware for the v2.1 and v2.2 updates if you desire to print those as well. We have kits that include fasteners only as well as kits that include bearings, servos, motors, ESCs and all the HSP bits required to make it come to life except for the tires which you can source yourself.

Each Fastener Kit comes with a complete set of ~250 different screws, nuts, washers and metal rod required to build the vehicle. Our kit includes 12 pieces of pre-cut m3 smooth steel rod in 35 and 70mm lengths required to build the vehicle so you don't have to worry about cutting it yourself. All fasteners for this kit are made with 304 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Heads on most screws are cylinder head with hexagon sockets however there are a few m6 hexagon flange head screws included for the optional cover securing with m6 wing nuts. (also included).

Kits with Bearings will also include a complete set of bearings for the Robak 2 3D Printable RC Truck. All bearings for this kit are high quality stainless steel rubber sealed bearings (2RS) with Z2 precision rating for low noise. We include 1 more bearing of each size than is required in the build, just in case. This kit includes:

13 - 6700 2RS (10x15x4mm) bearings
10 - MR105 (5x10x4mm) bearings

For kits that include a Servo we also include one 20KG Digital Servo (DS3218) with Metal Gears and a Metal Servo Arm which works well for the Robak 2 model. 

Each kit that includes Motor+ESC will include one 540 Brushless Sensored 13.5T  Rocket V3 Motor by Surpass Hobby and one 120A Sensored Brushless ESC (10BL120) by Hobbywing. This motor and ESC combo meets the designers recommendations for this model and from our testing pairs best with an 17t pinion which is included in the HSP Parts section below.
